A continuing heat wave did not deter residents who came out to enjoy the Annual Beach Picnic on a sultry Saturday. OTCC President Chuck Watson also welcomed Medford Councilwoman Vickie Fay and Burlington County Freeholder Mary Ann O'Brien, as well as Sgt. William Dunleavy of the Medford Police.

Neighborhood children had a great time with games and races, managed by Linda Hamilton. Linda and Bill lent a water trampoline for the day, which was enjoyed by all the young swimmers.

Chuck Watson prepared delicious pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken in his amazing smoker. Meanwhile, Sam Malangone and Geri Caiesa turned out dozens of hamburgers and hot dogs for the hungry crowd.

Our thanks also to the many Medford merchants who donated gifts for door prizes (see list at right).
