Lake Lowering March 16-30
Taunton Lake has been lowered for the annual cleanup. The water level was lowered on Sunday, March 16 and will be at its lowest for the weekends of March 22-23 and 29-30. The water will start coming up on Sunday, March 30 and should be at its normal level by April 4.
Remember that fishing is prohibited during this time of high stress on the fish population.
The lake lowering is your only opportunity each year to have access to the lake bottom to remove dead tree limbs, leaves and other submerged debris. Please see the Lakefront and Dock rules.
Beach Cleanup March 22
